Super Samoan Flag

WALT: Draw the Samoan flag.
Talofa, this week was national Samoan week and my class have been studying Samoa.
We have studied Samoan phrases and their dances, we have also studied their flag.
So we drew their flag.
It was really fun because we got to draw the flag.

Ice age

This week I did a book report on our avail, Ice Age: the Meltdown.
This was fun and I liked it, I also liked watching the movies.

My Monster

This is my dojo monster.

My dojo monster is strawberry red and his hair is mud brown. He has got teensy weensy dots on his arms and looks nothing like me. He is pulling a funny face that I would definitely pull. He has wide energetic eyes. That is my monster.

I have been doing them all week and I am doing really well and don´t find them hard I find them easy.

Super Duper Duffy

WALT: Predict from the cover of a book what is going to happen.

Today I got two books from Duffy. The books were called Revenge of the sis and Boss girl.

I have to do predictions so here they are.

Boss girl: I think it is going to be about girls and they are the bosses and that no boys are aloud.

Revenge of the sis: It is going to be about star wars and a girl with a strange hairdo.

Perfect Paragraphs

WALT: Write a paragraph each for two characters.
Today I write a paragraph about the girl in the red hood and about the shadow wolves.
Yesterday my class started looking at a version of little red riding hood. ( Good job if you figured that out from yesterday. ) So today we carried on with that.
It was okay on the fun level.

I really really enjoyed this it was fun it was awesome and I am definitely going to do it again.

My monster is called Galoop the friendly monster.

Description Writing

WALT: Describe a character.
Yesterday I did a plan for my writing today I did two paragraphs for my writing.
I did it on The little shoemaker.
It was fun to think about what he looks like.

The little shoemaker

The little shoemaker has a big hazelnut brown moustache and his hair is also brown. He has a white apron on and a blue shirt on. His pants are big and over size. He Has large square glasses that take up a lot of his face.

He is very short and small. He owns a shoe shop and his shoes are alive. He moves quickly and quietly.He is nice to all his shoes and puts his own style into it.

Did I do a good job describing him?

My classroom

Today Mr Gray told my class to design our classroom on our chromebooks or on a piece of paper.I did mine on a piece of paper.
It had to have 26 desks a library corner a mat and the teachers station.

Today I did a description on two characters the evil shoemaker and the small shoemaker.
I had to say their differences and their similarities it was very fun to think about how different they are and how similar they are.

I think I did all right I had to make a acrostic poem about my mum and it was really fun.
I am going to put this in her card for mothers day.
